The Accelerator Division Secretariat provides a wide range of services including administrative formalities, hospitality, logistics and event management. The secretariat is available and responsive to inquiries from staff, collaborators, visitors.

Carries out secretariat activities for the Division general and administrative operation.

Provides support and assistance for the scientific secretariat activities and organisation to the Accelerator Division Head, Groups Heads and Division Projects Leaders.

Manages the organisation of conferences, workshops, schools, meetings and seminars.

Handles and manages the Division experimental infrastructures users’ access.

Manages the servers of the Division document management system and of the centralised printers.
